Chris joined Megamorphosis in 2016.

Chris provides a high standard of Architectural services in conjunction with thoughtful, environmentally responsible, fiscally feasible, and award winning design. Through previous work and experience Chris has gained significant exposure with not only design, but project management and collaboration with the construction industry. Chris is involved in all aspects of projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

Chris contributes unique experience including, project executive, project designer, permitting, construction administrator and project manager.

 

Chris is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3dsMax, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, and Illustrator. He is also fluent in Spanish and English.

• Project Architect / Executive for K-12 and higher education projects
• Working closely with Mission Consolidated Independent School District on multiple construction projects totaling over $30M in construction.
• Programming and schematic design for a new fire and police station for the city of Progreso, TX
• Handled all aspects of construction administration for multiple projects throughout the Rio Grande Valley, including review of pay apps, review of submittals and shop drawings, construction observation reports, inspections, coordination with TDLR etc.
• Schedule and run weekly construction meetings with clients, owners, and consultants.
